Before signing up to a ttEDGE membership, please take the time to read the following:

Membership structure

A ttEDGE "Platinum" membership gives access to all our coaching, training and analysis videos at US$19.95. Memberships are paid one month in advance and can be cancelled at any time.

A limited free "Trial Platinum" membership is also available that gives you one month of limited platinum access to selected Platinum videos - free of charge! A "Trial Platinum" membership automatically roles over into a paid "Platinum" membership, and can be cancelled at any time. A "Trial Platinum" membership can also be upgraded to a "Platinum" membership at any time.

If you decide to upgrade your 'Trial Platinum' membership to "Platinum", and gain access too all our Platinum videos, during the trial period, the cost of 'Platinum' membership for that month is based on how long the "'Trial Platinum"' membership has been active, minus the cost of the monthly "Platinum" membership subscription fee i.e. the time difference between when you logged into PayPal and completed the order subscription, minus the cost of a monthly "Platinum" membership.

Membership sign-up process

To make ttEDGE videos accessible around the world and protect your information, ttEDGE use PayPal to handle all our money transactions. To become a member of ttEDGE you will need to have a PayPal account.

To sign-up simply:

1. Go to our user registration account page, and enter a username and valid email address - Register.
2. A welcome message and further instructions will be sent to your e-mail address once you press the "Create new account" button.
3. Follow the instruction given in the sent email.
4. After you reset your temporary password, you will be taken to your user home page.
5. Read the instructions under the heading "Subscription" and press the "Add to cart" button if you agree.
6. Review the shopping cart. Press the "Checkout" button if correct. Adjust if not.
7. Complete the order form and review the order. If correct, press the "Submit order" button which takes you to PayPal.
8. Login into your PayPal account and press the "Agree" button to accept the order.
9. IMPORTANT: Press the "Return to R.W. Frank and W.Henzell" button to complete the order. If you do not press this button, ttEDGE cannot process your order.

   

10. That's it, all done.

Membership cancellation process

You cancel a membership at any time by logging into your PayPal account and stopping your subscription to ttEDGE. Please note that cancelling your subscription will immediately remove access to Platinum videos.

1. Log into your PayPal account - PayPal.
2. Go to "My account" and click the "Profile".
3. Click "My Money".
4. Your agreement is in "My Preapproved Payments" - click "Update".
5. Click the link "R.W Frank and W.J Henzell" under "Merchant" heading.
6. Click "Cancel".
7. That's it, all done.
